In accordance with Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of the proposed works to be carried out on a site measuring approximately 0.57 hectares at Woodside, Swords, Co. Dublin. The nature and extent of the proposed development is as follows:

The construction of a new development of 34 no. residential dwellings, including 24 no. apartments arranged within a four storey high block (9 no. 1-beds, 15 no. 2-beds) and 10 no. two-storey dwelling houses (5 no. semi-detached 3-bed houses, 4 no. terraced 2-bed houses and 1 no. semi-detached 2-bed house). The proposed development also includes for private open space for each residential dwelling in the form of rear gardens, terraces or balconies communal amenity spaces, public open space, car parking (including accessible spaces and EV charging spaces) and bicycle parking (including bicycle stores), motorcycle parking, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, public lighting, signage, vehicular access from the R106 and pedestrian access from Clifford’s Lane, connections to existing services and all ancillary or enabling site development works.
