Monaghan County Council have indicated their intention to undertake the construction of a new residential development. In accordance with Article 81A(2) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended (Section 179A) and the Planning and Development Regulations 2023 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Monaghan County Council proposes to:
The development shall consist of the following:
1. Erection of 51 no. housing units comprising of:
ï‚· 2no. 2 bed semi-detached bungalows
ï‚· 8no. 2 bed terraced bungalows
ï‚· 13no. 2 bed semi-detached two storey units
ï‚· 19no. 3 bed semi-detached two storey units
ï‚· 3no. 3 bed terraced two storey units
ï‚· 4no. 5 bed semi-detached two storey units
ï‚· 2no. 3 bed semi-detached bungalows
2. Proposed access road from the public road, car parking, boundary fencing, hard and soft site landscaping works, retaining structures, lamp standards, connection to public sewer and all associated site works.
3. Decommissioning and removal of existing temporary sewage treatment system.
