(1) Retention and completion of:
(a) Unit 1 as accessible accommodation, units 10 & 11 as accommodation, unit 12 as boot room / drying room and the provision of the accessible wc room,
(b) Light and ventilation windows added on north elevation to units 1-5 inclusive,
(c) External cedral cladding to units 1-13 inclusive,
(d) Internal alterations to provide escape corridor to stairs serving first floor dining room,
(e) Refurbishment of existing passage to accommodation units and provision of accessible passage to unit 1 accommodation and wc room, (f) Increased height to the concrete block retaining wall along the north elevation to units 1 -5 inclusive with pocket – openings at windows,
(g) The as-constructed metal fencing treatment to the north elevation to the accessible passage,
(h) The dwarf wall to the boundary of the car park with the public road, the set-back for pedestrian walkway, the pedestrian walkway and the public road crossing all as-constructed including materials and colour, and
(i) The as-constructed car park layout save the omission of three existing car-park bays to facilitate mini-bus parking and bicycle stands.
(2) Additional light and ventilation window to north elevation wall on unit 6 accommodation
(3) velux kerb roof-light windows to units 8-12 inclusive in lieu of permitted rooflights,
(4) two additional external wall-mounted signs in the Irish language,
(5) alterations to the existing car-park layout, entrance / exit / turning to include provision for mini bus parking, additional bicycle stands and staff parking to be reappointed to the rear of the car park and
(6) all associated site development works.
