The development will comprise the following: Demolition of existing commercial or industrial buildings on site (c.6,711 sq.m in total). Provision of a mixed use, residential and commercial or employment development (c.49,275 sq.m GFA excluding undercroft) within 4 no. blocks ranging in height from 6 to 10 storeys. The development will provide 436 no. apartments (all with individual private open spaces) consisting of: 2 no. studios, 180 no. 1-beds, 158 no. 2-beds and 96 no. 3-beds. Provision of 1,040 cycle parking spaces. Provision of public and communal open spaces, landscaping, boundary treatments, plant areas, waste management areas, and services provision (including ESB substations), and all associated works required to enable this development including connection to the Uisce Eireann network. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.
