Planning permission is sought to vary a number of the requirements of Condition 03 of S/2009/1237/F.
Firstly to allow processed materials to be stored and reloaded outside the building and secondly to allow for the storage of full skips outside the building pending unloading for processing within the building.
This variation is required due to the addition of bespoke processing machinery therefore increasing volume and output of processed materials which has resulted in the need for additional storage space within the boundary of the current facility. A number of areas for additional storage space have been identified on the accompanying proposed site plan
