The site currently has one industrial unit on it which is being used for commercial mechanical repair of lorries. The client requires a larger unit to accommodate an increase in workload. We propose for the development of a larger industrial building in a new location on the site with the existing being retained so business may continue during the construction. Once the new unit has been completed the existing unit will be demolished/dismantled and become the new parking area.
