Development at a site which extends to 2.8 hectares. The development will consist of the following: 1. The construction of 74 no. residential units comprising: a. 6 no. one-bed apartments, b. 7 no. two-bed apartments, c. 18 no. three-bed houses, d. 42 no. four-bed houses, e. 1 no. four-bed detached dwelling. 2.
