The development will consist of the construction of a residential development containing a total of 85 no. residential units consisting of 13 no. 4 – bed dwellings, 36 no. 3 – bed dwellings, 28 no. 2 – bed dwellings and a 2-storey block containing 8 no. own-door 1 – bed residential units. Permission is also sought for the demolition of derelict structures on-site to be replaced by construction of a creche.
