Part 8 – The proposed development will consist of: Construction of 51 no. residential units which comprises of
(a) Type A – 12 no. two storey 2 bed semi-detached houses
(b) Type B – 18 no. two storey 3 bed semi – detached houses
(c.) Type B1 – 2 no. two storey 3 bed semi detached houses
(d) Type B2 – 4 no. two storey 3 bed semi-detached houses
(e) Type C – 9 no. two storey 2 bed terraced houses
(f) Type D – 1 no. single storey 3 bed detached house
(g) Type D1 – 1 no. single storey 3 bed detached house
(h) Type E – 4 no. single storey 2 bed semi detached houses. The proposed development will also consist of widening of existing site entrance, construction of access roads, footpaths and cycle paths, public and private open spaces, car parking spaces, electric car charging points, boundary wall or fence, pedestrian link, street lighting, ducting for utilities, hard & soft landscaped areas, removal of existing trees and planting of new native trees, hedges and shrubs, formation of new connections to existing foul services and to pumping station, attenuation tank for surface water drainage, ESB substation and all associated site works and services. An Appropriate Assessment Screening Report and Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Report of the proposed development has been completed and is available for inspection with this proposed development. The reports concluded that a full EIAR is not required and that the development does not need to proceed to Stage 2 Appropriate Assessment, located.
