The proposed development involves demolishing the former Chadwicks Builders Merchant site, which includes an office building and nine storage/warehouse buildings totaling 11,120 sq.m.
This will be replaced with a mixed-use residential and commercial development across four blocks (A-D), ranging from 5 to 12 storeys in height.
The new development will feature:
• 588 residential apartment units, consisting of 291 one-beds, 238 two-beds, and 59 three-beds. All apartments will have private balconies or terraces.
• A 570.91 sq.m. childcare facility (443 sq.m. indoor space) with a dedicated outdoor play area.
• Six commercial/retail units at ground level and one commercial unit at first floor level across Blocks A, B, and D.
• 614.14 sq.m. of indoor communal residential amenity space.
• Four vehicular entrances, including a primary ramp from Greenhills Road and three secondary entrances from the south, along with additional pedestrian accesses.
• 270 car parking spaces (240 standard, 13 mobility, 8 motorbike, and 17 commercial/unloading/drop-off spaces).
• 1,269 bicycle parking spaces (952 for residents, 10 cargo/accessible, and 307 for visitors).
• 3,130.3 sq.m. of outdoor communal amenity space, including landscaped courtyards, play areas, seating, and gardens.
• 746.1 sq.m. of communal amenity roof gardens in Blocks A & B.
• A 6,650 sq.m. centrally located public open space with various features.
• A toucan crossing to a new footpath on Greenhills Road.
• Extensive landscaping and infrastructural works, including drainage, bin storage, ESB substations, plant rooms, PV panels, and internal roads.
