Permission for development at a site located on the footpath on the south side of the entrance to st. Patrick’s hall (the site is bound to the north and west by st patrick’s hall boundary railings, to the southwest by 33 forster street and to the east by forster street). The development will consist of a safety enhancement to the existing gas mains network comprising a vent flue (overall height up to 3. 5m to tip of vent flue) to an existing and associated underground district regulating installation (dri) and site development works.
