Planning permission sought for residential development. The proposed development will consist of the construction of 96 no. residential units (46 no. houses and 50 no. duplex units (comprising 25 no. duplex ‘apartment’ units and 25 no. duplex ‘house’ units)), all of which will be provided as follows: – 46 no. houses (30 no. 3-bed houses and 16 no.
