Permission for development at a site of c. 5.51 ha on lands to the south of Clonattin Village in the townland of Goreybridge. the site is located to the south of Phase 1A (WCC Reg. Ref.: 20211415) and 1B (WCC Reg. Ref.: 20211573) located south of Clonattin Village Road. the proposed development will consist of the following: -Removal of existing single storey structure measuring c. 8.35sqm. -Construction of
91 no. residential units with a mix of detached and semidetached houses ranging in height from one to two storeys. These will comprise 9 no. 1 bed, 12 no. 2 bed, 56 no. 3 bed and 14 no. 4 bed houses.
