Construction of Phase 2 of Development granted under 17/980 & extension of time 17/9980 consisting the construction of 10No two story semi Detached dwellings & Completion of 2no two story Semi Detached Dwellings, along with associated works for this phase of the development.
Complete the unfinished development commenced under planning reg 05/2462. Planning permission to;
(1) Construct 72 no. Two storey semi detached houses of varying layouts
(2) Construct two blocks of three unit , two storey houses (six no. Houses in total),
(3) Construct a new pedestrian access on to the r570.
(4) To construct a creche;
(5) Construct an all weather surface play area. Outline planning permission to construct five detached two storey houses. Retention permission to retain and complete the construction of 8 no. Semi detached houses and boundaries (commenced under pl 05/2462) at sites nos. 23 to 30. Retention permission to retain, modify and complete the construction of access roads, services and ancillary works commenced under planning reg 05/2462 and including the construction of an additional storm connection and retention permission for an esb substation as constructed.
