Development which will consist of the following:
Construction of a 2 storey Community centre (572Msq) comprising of sports hall with associated WCs, kitchenette area, meeting rooms, plant room and store room and a Gym with Balcony area and meeting area at first floor level
Installation of non-illuminated signage to the east and north elevations of the building
Alterations to existing club house to include demolition of the rear storeroom and a new side extension to the south elevation
Proposed walking track surrounding the perimeter of the site with pedestrian bollards for safety along parking area
Demolition of existing septic tank & installation of proposed sewage treatment system with associated percolation area and all associated site works
Relocation of astroturf play area with associated ball walls on 2 sides.
