The proposed development will consist of a residential and mixed use scheme comprising:

Access is provided via Level 5 roads to the southeast, northwest and southwest of the plots and these roads are accessed from Castle Street (permitted and constructed under reg. ref. DZ15A/0758).
Permission is also sought for hard and soft landscaping, ESB substation, public lighting, boundary treatments and all associated site and development works.
