Construction of 11no. dwelling units and 4no. duplex units and associated site works.
(a) Demolition of existing dwelling.
(b) 15 no. new dwellings comprising 4 no. three bedroom two storey semi-detached dwellings Type A1, 7 no. two bedrooms two-storey terraced dwellings Type B1, 4 no. one-bedroom dwellings within two-storey block Type C1.
(c) New vehicular and pedestrian access including the construction of a roadside footpath along the front boundary of the proposed development. (d) Construction of new foul rising main along main road and connection into the existing public sewer at the entrance to existing Lui Na Greine Estate.
