The proposed development will comprise:
1. The construction of 111 no. residential units, comprising:
o 73 no. 1.5, 2 & 3 Storey Houses comprising:

(The Gross Floor Area of the proposed development is 12,065.5 sq.m comprising 11,783.5 sq.m of residential floorspace (including circulation spaces, bin stores etc.) and 282 sq.m of other floor space)
2. Provision of 282 sq.m creche facility including an external secure play area.
3. The demolition of 1 no. dwelling (113.13 sq.m) and associated outbuilding 23.12) and the demolition of Slatted Building (134.29 sq.m) and associated agricultural sheds and structures (50.77 sq.m) (GFA of all demolition works 321.31 sq.m).
4. New vehicular and pedestrian accesses to the Lakeview Road as well as infrastructure upgrade works on Lakeview Road.
5. New pedestrian and cycle access to the neighbouring Cuirt na hAbhann
development
6. Provision of 191 no. car parking spaces comprising:
o 10 no. crèche spaces
o 181 no. residential spaces
