(i) Motor home park (11,420sq.m.) to include 53 no. motor home pitches (inclusive of 3no. disabled pitches) and 4no. fully accessible family friendly glamping pods (24.1sq.m.), 10 no. electricity and water service points, 1no. motor home waste disposal point, 1no. external bin storage, 1no. external bike shelter, 2no. staff car parking spaces, set down area, playground area (308sq.m.), vehicular and pedestrian access gates, boundary treatments and landscaping
(ii) 1 storey surf club and motor home ancillary building (251sq.m.) to include external signage (3.4sq.m.), waiting area, staff canteen, reception, disabled W.C., male and female changing rooms, male and female bathrooms, outdoor single storey wetsuit storage (13.3sq.m.), terrace area with canopy and a single storey kitchen building (13.3sq.m.)
(iii) Street food plaza (1,458sq.m.) to include 8no. street food trucks, external bin storage, outdoor seating area (139sq.m.), boundary treatments, landscaping, vehicular and pedestrian access gates, external signage above gates (3sq.m.)
(iv) 2 storey café building (69sq.m.) to include external signage (1.5sq.m.), kitchen, store, disabled W.C.s, terrace, indoor terrace seating and all associated drainage connections and ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this application. The planning applications and Natura Impact Statement may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the office of Planning Authority (Menapia Building, The Mall, Waterford during public opening hours (9.30 am to 1pm and 2pm to 4 pm).
