Modifications to approved planning permission Pl Ref No. 06/253 (for 77 dwellings with 6 no. type A detached bungalows, 23 no. type B detached two-storey houses, 14 no. type C semi-detached two-storey houses, 26 no. type D semi-detached two-storey houses, 8 no. type E terraced two-storey houses in two blocks etc) to include change of house types and an increase of 4 no. housing units from 18 units to 22 units on site 81-87 and 97-98 , to be known as The Cresent, part of ongoing development. The works include
(A) Omission of houses no’s 81-87 and replacement with 10 no. two storey, 3 bedroom, semi- detached houses, House Type C1
(B) Omission of house no. 98 and modification of site boundary between sites 97-98 and replacement with 2 no. two storey, 3 bedroom, semi-detached houses, house type C1.
