An external communal bin store area and bicycle storage/parking facility is proposed to the rear of the property (to the front of Block C).
v) 2 no. public open spaces (green areas) are also proposed to the rear of the property to provide for required amenity space, and bin truck and fire truck access turning point. All development and construction shall incorporate all necessary and associated site works.
