For revisions to the Cuil na Ri Housing estate previously approved under Pl. Ref. No. 17/1008 as extended by Pl. Ref. No.’s 22/780, to provide for 1 no. additional infill house. The development will consist of:
(A) Permission for alteration to the approved site boundary for the existing detached dwellinghouse (Eircode H91XEE6),
(B) Subdivision of approved site to the south-west of the permitted Cuil na Ri estate to provide for (i) a revised two storey detached house design on a revised footprint and (ii) Construction of a new infill 2 storey detached house, together with all associated site works and services.
