The building is comprised of 9 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment. Total proposed construction approximately 1139m2. Balconies are included at first, second and third floor level. The development includes all landscaping, plant, boundary treatment, site development works and site services above and below ground.

The construction of 1 no. 5 bedroom detached house (3 storey). Detached house construction approximately 304m2. Balconies are proposed at second floor level. 1 no. new vehicular entrance is proposed in lieu of the existing vehicular entrance.
