J&C Porterstown Road Development Company Limited intend to apply for permission development at a c. 0.93 Ha site at Porterstown Road, Porterstown, Dublin 15, D15 Y95T.
Works are also proposed to connect new wastewater and stormwater pipes to the existing sewer along Porterstown Road. The total site area including the development site and the infrastructural works measures c. 0.95 Ha.
The development will principally consist of the demolition of a vacant dwelling and outbuildings (c. 207 sq m) and the construction of 90 residential units comprising 8 No. 3 No. storey demi-detached houses (3-bed units) and 82 No. apartments (30 No. 1-bed units and 52 No. 2-bed units) in 2 No. blocks, whereby Block A is part 4 No. storeys to part 5 No. storeys and Block B is 5 No. storeys.
