Construction of a 3 Storey Apartment Block consisting of 6No. flats at ground floor level & 6No. maisonettes over). Works include all necessary ancillary siteworks. GCC Planning Ref: 23/60752 applies to these works.

For the development will consist of;
(a) The demolition of an existing derelict dwelling & associated sheds,
(b) The construction of 12 no. residential units, comprising of 2 no. 2 bed ground floor apartments, 4 no. 1 bed ground floor apartments & 6 no. 3 bed duplex units over, within a 3 storey block,
(c) Upgrade works to the existing shared vehicular entrance,
(d) Provision of on-site storm drainage attenuation unit, connection to existing public mains water supply & public sewer network,
(e) Connection to all existing services,
(f) Provision of public & private open spaces, bin storage, bicycle parking & site landscaping,
(g) Supporting development works including associated car parking (including provision for EV spaces), footpath connections, site signage, revised boundary treatments, together with all associated site works & services. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
