• Provision of 1 no. signage zone per unit (11.25 sqm each) (approx. 33.75 sqm total GFA);
• All associated site development works including lighting, external plant, landscaping and engineering works. There is a separate live planning application (Reg Ref: 23/516) associated with a small portion of this site for public realm works.
