Access to the proposed development will be provided via a new access from the existing Shackleton Road together with improvements to a pedestrian footpath and cycleway along Shakleton Road, an upgraded pedestrian junction at Shackleton Road and the Clane Road (R403) and 2 no. pedestrian bridges over Toolestown Stream to connect into Oldtown Woods Estate.
