(A) 20no. dwellings, comprising of 8no. four-bedroom two-storey detached houses (Type A); 8no. four-bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses (Type B1/B2); 2no. two-storey three-bedroom dual aspect semi-detached houses (Type C1/C2); 2no. two-storey three-bedroom dual aspect semi-detached houses (Type C3/C4);

The proposed development is within the curtilage of protected structures OCC RPS No. 53-361 NIAH Reg. No. 14819293 and OCC RPS No. 53-360 NIAH Reg. No. 14819292.
