The proposal is for the development of a National Football Centre. The NFC will include the following: a two-storey, flagship, multi-purpose building with training, changing, medical,catering, administration and media facilities, a dome with indoor artificial pitch, two outdoor training pitches with two 200-seater stands, two outdoor match pitches with floodlighting and four 750-seater stands, one community pitch with floodlighting. an energy, an energy centre building, PV panels, television gantry, internal access roads, lighting, fencing, car parking, soft and hard landscaping, site access from Fenaghy Road, emergency access from Ballymena Road and associated operational development.
