Radius Housing wishes to procure a select list of of contractors to undertake major adaptation works. The select list is valid for 12 months. Individual tender competitions will run for the below 26 adaptations with only successful shortlisted suppliers from this competition invited to tender The tenderer validity period is 6 months from date of tender submission. Tenders are to remain open for acceptance for the duration of this period. The proposed select list will incorporate 26 major adaptations at a total cost of approx. £1.8m.
