For a residential development consisting of the provision of a total of 22 no. dwellings as follows – 11 no. 2 bed two storey units, 8 no. 3 bed two storey units & 3 no. 4 bed two storey units. Permission also to include for associated car parking, site signage, removal of the existing unused tanks, connection to existing services and all associated site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 2122 sqm.
