The development will consist of the remodelling and extension of the existing hotel at 4th – 7th floor levels fronting onto St. Stephen’s Green ( 782sqm) and will include:
(i) Alterations to the front façade including stone-clad framing of the existing bedroom terraces at 4th floor level
