17 Jul 2023: Decision has been appealed to An Bord Pleanala.
The development will consist of the construction of 24 terraced 2 storey dwelling houses in 6 blocks, consisting of 12 no. 3 bed dwelling houses and 12 no. 2 bed dwelling houses, all associated works, including a new vehicular access onto the existing estate road, new road and footpaths, new boundary treatments and landscaping, connections, as well as all associated site works.
