Construction of 31 no. new dwelling houses and associated site works, nos. 48-78 inclusive Springhill, Ballinglana, Glanmire, Cork.
Permission for the following Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising the construction of 130 no. residential units to include 31 no. dwelling houses (comprising of a mix of 3 and 2 bed semi-detached and townhouse/ terraced units) and 99 no. of apartments/ duplex units (comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed units) in five separate blocks (Block A to E) which range in height from 2 to 5 storeys, a neighbourhood centre to include the conversion of the former coach house to provide an 81 child space creche, 1 no. retail unit, 1 no. community building, and all associated ancillary development works including a new vehicular access, a new pedestrian access and a pedestrian crossing to Caherlag Road, drainage, footpaths and cycle lanes, landscaping and amenity and open space areas (including an external community space which includes a public square), boundary treatments, bicycle and car parking, public lighting and all other ancillary development at Richmond, Ballinglanna (townland), Glanmire, Cork. The proposed development will replace the neighbourhood centre and 126 no. residential units previously permitted under An Bord Pleanala Ref. No. 300543-18.
