ten year permission for development of a residential scheme on a site of 12.37 hectares, approximately, principally bounded by the Tullaroan Road / Bonnetstown Road to the south; agricultural land to the west; agricultural land and residential dwellings to the north; and agricultural land to the east, in the townlands of Raheenagun and Loughmacask.
