The Farranlea Road proposed development, comprises the construction of a residential development of 12 no. dwelling units, comprising 5 no. one-bedroom units and 7 no. 2-bedroom units.
The development site area is approximately 0.06 hectares. The site is located at Farranlea Road, Cork, to the west of Cork City. Access to the development will be via Farranlea Road and Victoria Cross.
