Permission for a residential scheme on a site at the junction of the local road serving Glenmont Crest and ‘District’ Health and Fitness Centre, Silversprings, Tivoli, Cork. The proposed scheme will consist of the construction of 15 no. apartments in a single, 4 storey (lower ground + 3 above), block comprising 4 no. 1-bed apartments, 7 no. 2-bed apartments and 4 no. 3 bedroom apartments. The proposed development also comprises the provision of 13 no. car parking spaces, 10 no. bicycle car parking spaces, bin storage, drainage, 2 no. pedestrian crossings and landscaping as well as all associated site development work.
