The development will consist of a deep energy retrofit comprising the following:
1) Elevational modifications including replacement windows and external wall insulation, also high-level fibre cement panels over the existing red brick band
2) Alterations to entrance lobby at southern elevation and modifications to the staff entrance at the north elevation
3) New covered bicycle parking to south side of the building
4) Associated external works including signage, new hard and soft landscaping and car charging points.
