Revisions to a previously granted education or retreat centre (Pl. Ref. 23/60014) as follows:
1) Revisions to the administration building including a 142 SqM increase in floor area (now 1,400 SqM), to accommodate additional ancillary plant areas on the ground floor, a new first-floor plant level, increased roof heights, revised roof overhangs, and all associated internal and elevational changes
2) An ESB substation or switch room building (32 SqM) and all associated external works.
