Permission is sought for 1) converting a window opening into a new entrance door to the eastern elevation of the existing building, 2) opening up 3 No. new internal doors, 3) removal of 3 no. existing ensuites and partitions of recently constructed walls, 4) minor elevation alterations, 5) all associated site works including new external wheelchair access ramp and railings at SMA House Wilton, St. Joseph’s College Cardinal Way, Farrandahore More (townland), Wilton, Cork T12 KR23 by the Society of African Missions. The new development works relate to a Protected Structure PS1033 – SMA House and is also within the curtilage of a Protected Structure PS1022 St. Joseph’s Church.
