5. provision & renewal of boundary treatments, free standing & building mounted signage, covered trolley bay, refrigeration & air conditioning plant & equipment, ESB unit sub-station, public lighting, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, roof mounted solar panels, cycle parking, modification of existing drainage, utility & services infrastructure and connections, & all other associated & ancillary development & works above & below ground level.

A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
