Construction of 18no. 2½ storey dwellings and associated site works. This stage of the construction is to consist of 4no. detached dwellings, 2 units containing 3no. terraced and 2 units containing 4no. terraced. The housing numbers being developed are 1-4,11-16 & 23-30.

Block 1 Construction of a 3 storey building containing 1no. 2 bedroom apartment at ground floor level, 1no. 2 bedroom apartment at first floor level and 1no. 2 bedroom apartment at second floor level along with associated site works.
17/12/2024:
Block 2 Construction of a 3 storey building containing 1no. 2 bedroom apartment at ground floor level, 1no. 2 bedroom apartment at first floor level and 1no. 2 bedroom apartment at second floor level along with associated site works.
Block 3 Construction of a 3 storey building containing 2no. 1 bedroom apartments at ground floor level, 2no. 1 bedroom apartments at first floor level and 2no. 1 bedroom apartments at second floor level along with associated site works.
12/10/2022: Appeal lodged to An Bord Pleanala.
1. Demolish houses no’s 1, 2, 3 & 4, Ballymullen Road, Tralee.
2. Construct a residential development of 30 no. dwellings comprising:
(i) four 2.5 storey detached houses,
(ii) two terraces of three 2.5 storey houses and
(iii) two terraces of four 2.5 storey houses,
(iv) twelve apartments in three detached 3 storey buildigns.
3. construct a new vehicular and pedestrian access/egress at Ballymullen Road to serve the proposed develpment.
4. Carry out all associated works and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the propsosed development.
