The proposed development will consist of the construction of 28 no. houses comprised of 8 no. detached two-storey 4 bedroom houses, 2 no. detached single-storey 4 bedroom houses, 10 no. semi-detached single-storey 3 bedroom houses and 8 no. semi-detached single-storey 2 bedroom houses, internal roads, paths, open space, landscaping and all associated site works as previously approved under planning refs.
