We, Roonith Properties Ltd., intend to apply for planning permission for a residential development on lands
at Westport Road, Clifden, Co. Galway. The development will consist of:
? The provision of 30 no. residential units, comprised of:
o 5 no. three-bed units (two storey);
o 8 no. one-bed units (single storey/ground floor);
o 3 no. two-bed units (single storey); and
o 14 no. two bed Duplex units.
? The provision of 47 no. Car parking spaces, including 3 no. accessible spaces and 10 no. EV Charging spaces;
? The provision of 36 no. on-site bicycle parking spaces;
? The provision of footpaths and pedestrian crossings to facilitate connections to the existing public footpath network.
? The proposed development includes for site landscaping, public service connections and all other associated site development works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
