The three storey building will include office space and a large multi-purpose common room/hall for use as a youth club/Lecture Space/Concert Space and Theatre Space. It will also have a range of thematic group rooms that can also be used as Classrooms/Workshop rooms for Adult Education. The Ground floor will have a permanent heritage exhibition space and adjacent coffee shop, with the existing Gaelionad facility built form incorporated within the proposals
