The contractor for the project has been confirmed as Vision Contract Ltd with the total contract valued at €4,948,181.77.
The refurbishment project will provide accommodation for 20 officers in an accommodation block originally constructed around 1806 and significantly repaired following a fire in 1922, but now in need of substantial refurbishment.
