A change of design of house types previously granted under planning reference no. 22/339 on this site at Sir Johns Road, Ballynagrana, Carrick on Suir, Co Tipperary. The site is bounded by the Gleann na Locha residential estate to the South, agricultural land to the North and West with amenity and new residential zoned lands to the East. Permission is granted under planning reference number 22/339 for 41 dwellings. The proposed House Type design changes are more specifically described as: Change of design for House Type A (4 Bedroom 3 storey dwelling to a 2 storey 4 Bedroom dwelling) 14no Dwellings Change of design for House Type B (2 Bedroom dwelling) 7no. dwellings Change of design for House Type C (3 Bedroom dwelling) 20no. dwellings.
