Construction of 6 Unit residential development (Mews Block) at 9/9A Richmond Avenue, Fairview, D03 DH66/D03 C6X9. The 3-storey development provides 6 No. apartment units (3no. 1 bed, 3 no. 2 bed duplex). Access to the development will be from Richmond Avenue.
This entrance will provide access and egress for pedestrians only to the development. The development proposes communal open space, balconies/terraces associated with individual apartment units, associated secure bicycle and bin storage, hard and soft landscaping and all other associated site works and services. The existing buildings on site will be demolished.
The overall residential development shall consist of 2 residential blocks (Front Block and Mews Block). The other residential building (Front Block) shall be subject to a separate commencement notice as per separate FSC/DAC applications.

This entrance will provide access and egress for pedestrians only to the development.
The development also proposes approx 214 sq.m of communal open space, balconies/terraces associated with individual apartment units, associated secure bicycle and bin storage, hard and soft landscaping and all other associated site works and services above and below ground on an overall site area of approx 908.48 sq.m.
