Phase 2 Carraig Mor – Construction of 6 no houses (namely Nos 20 to 25) and all associated and ancillary services and siteworks including connection to public storm and foul water drainage and public mains water supply.
Permission for a residential development to be completed over 3 phases consisting of; (i) 28 no. detached/semi-detached dwelling houses comprising: (a) 3 no. 2 bedroom homes, (b) 16 no. 3 bedroom homes, (c) 9 no. 4 bedroom homes. Total floor area associated with dwelling house development of ca. 3,907sqm. Phase 1 of the development shall consist of 8 dwelling houses. Phase 2 of the development shall consist of 11 dwelling houses. Phase 3 of the development shall consist of 9 dwelling houses. (ii) All internal roadways, footpaths, pedestrian connections, parking areas, public open spaces, formal & informal play areas, revised road markings and layout at existing vehicular entrance onto the R730, boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated site works. (iii) Connection to public foul & storm water drainage system (separate) and public mains water supply, in accordance with Irish Water Pre-Connection Enquiry CDS21003782. (iv) All associated & ancillary siteworks required to facilitate the development.
