Connection to public water main along the R381 (Oranmore Road), connection and extension to the public sewer along the R381 (Oranmore Road), provision of on- site pumping station, together with on-site surface water drainage works. Footpath connections (including proposed footpath extension along L-7110 Lakeview Road), signage locations, ESB substation and all associated site development works and services. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
